USE:
Machinery in this series are suitable for continuous multicoloured printing. Coating and laminating on rolling materials in good printing performance such as cellphane, BOPP, PVC, PET, PE, Aluminum foil and Paper. Also can be used for plastic printing, then transfer the designs by heating to leather. One set but many functions(make any styles as customers required. )
FEATURE:
1. Double frequency conversing synchronic timing is adopted for port main motor and laminating motor.
2. Non-shaft pneumatic conic node printing plate loading, prompt and convenient for plate changing.
3. Alloy guide rollin static balance, sealed type oven, fast drying with less energy consuming, and auto constant temperature control system.
4. Adopting full auto tension controller and magnetic power, magnetic clutch for unwinding and feeding drawing.
5. Pneumatic backpressure moving drawknife.
6. Printing ink circultionsystem, inflatable type shaft draw in and out.
7. High accuracy gear transmission box, adopting patented technique.
8. Lengthend oven can ensure drying inside and out, less leftover.
9. Unwingding and rewinding are both by tumbling dual-station mechanism, realizing auto material change without machine halt.
